Working in Japan is No Longer a Dream: Rezarisa Reveals How to Get There Without Debt!
Have you ever dreamed of working in Japan, only to take a step back after hearing about the sky-high costs? You’re not alone. Many of our fellow Indonesians are forced to borrow tens of millions of rupiah just to pay LPK (Labor Training Center) fees to fly to the Land of the Rising Sun.
Seeing this harsh reality, the content creator duo Rezarisa shared an incredibly inspiring update via their YouTube channel. They are currently working on a major project that aims to be a digital “shortcut” for those who want to be financially independent without being trapped in debt from day one.
“Don’t Arrive Carrying a Burden”
Reza spoke candidly about his past experience. Coming from a very remote village in Indonesia—which he described as being right next to the jungle—access to Japanese language schools was extremely difficult. You had to go to a big city, and of course, it was expensive.
“Almost 90% of our friends in Japan arrive carrying debt. Imagine, the entry fee for a language school can reach 300,000 Yen (around 30 million Rupiah). Once they arrive in Japan and get their first paycheck, the money is gone just to pay off installments. It’s heartbreaking, isn’t it?” they said in the video.
Digital Revolution: Learning Independently from Home
Rezarisa wants to break this cycle of debt. According to them, in 2026, access to information should be in the palm of everyone’s hands. This is the core of the project they are building:
Step-by-Step Guide: They are compiling the entire process—from documents to departure flows—into one easy-to-understand digital platform.
Learning Without Expensive LPKs: You will be taught how to utilize the internet and YouTube to learn Japanese independently.
Access for All: Whether you are in Jakarta or a remote village, as long as you have internet, you have the same opportunity to succeed in Japan.
When Will It Launch?
The project has been in the works since January. Rezarisa aims for this comprehensive guide to be ready for the public by June or July 2026. They want to ensure all information is accurate so you can truly manage your own process (self-process) independently.
“We want to prove that going to Japan can be done by yourself if you know how. Instead of paying a fortune, it’s better to use that money as capital for your family back home,” they added enthusiastically.
